Backwash water represents less than 1% of total throughput over time. Because cleaning is triggered only when the screen reaches a set differential pressure, the filter never backflushes on an arbitrary schedule. High Filtration Efficiency
Filtaworx filters deliver over 98% filtration efficiency, depending on screen grade, across the full range, with less than 1% of throughput lost to backwash. There are no replacement cartridges or media: stainless steel screen elements last years, not months.
Chemical-Free Operation
Filtration is purely physical particle removal, with no chemical dosing. In food and beverage, irrigation, and water-reuse applications this means cleaner process water without introducing treatment chemicals into the product or the environment. Hydraulic-drive models need no external power; electric models use minimal energy.
Recyclable Stainless Steel
